Tokayev urges Kazakhstan to seize 'unique' critical materials opportunity

ASTANA. Aug 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has ordered the government to systematically develop Kazakhstan's critical materials sector, including rare and rare-earth metals, the presidential press service reported.
