Belarus and Kazakhstan election commissions sign cooperation memorandum

MINSK. Aug 24 (Interfax) – The Central Election Commissions (CEC) of Belarus and Kazakhstan have formalized their partnership by signing a memorandum of cooperation, the Belarusian CEC press service said.
