Third single point mooring installed at CPC, to begin operating in Sept - Kazakh energy ministry

ASTANA. Aug 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The third single point mooring (SPM) at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) has been installed and is expected to begin operating in September, Kazakh Minister of Energy Yerlan Akkenzhenov said.
