Kazakh president instructs new emergencies minister to enhance readiness for seasonal emergencies

ASTANA. Sept 10 (Interfax) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed the newly appointed emergency situations minister, Murat Mukhanov, to ensure readiness for seasonal emergencies, the presidential press service said.
