Kazakh leader warns regional conflicts threaten cross-border infrastructure, urges nuclear powers to talk

ASTANA. Sept 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev called on BRICS countries at a plenary session in New Delhi to help resolve regional conflicts that are damaging cross-border infrastructure, his press service said Sunday.
