MOSCOW. Sept 17 (Interfax) – A working group including representatives of research institutes is preparing a project for the joint use of the Irtysh River by Russia and Kazakhstan, Russian Natural Resources and Environment Minister Alexander Kozlov said in an interview published Thursday in Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
