Tokayev orders study of higher tax rate for the wealthy

ASTANA. Oct 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev told the government and the Kurultai to study a higher tax rate for people with large fortunes and submit proposals, he said in his annual address on Wednesday.
