Tokayev sets 2029 target for lasting power surplus

ASTANA. Oct 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev told Kazakhstan it must have more electricity than it needs by 2029, saying current output falls far short of what the growing economy requires, in his annual address on Wednesday.
